My name is Nick Saulino and I have two main passions in life: beer and pizza. This blog holds my reviews of the many pints and slices I come across, mostly around Buffalo, NY.

Every review gets a score out of 10. Pizza is judged on presentation, crust, sauce and toppings; beer on look, smell, taste and feel. Each of those gets its own number, and the overall score is their average.
